Originally from Rochester, NY, my husband and I moved to the Melbourne area 19 years ago. Growing up I always wanted to be a Realtor. I pursued my dream and I love every minute of it. Our daughter was attending the local college and we felt it would be a good investment to purchase a home in lieu of paying rent for four years. As such, we had a specific budget and location predetermined.
