I am Graduate of Florida International University, where I earned a degree in accounting. I moved to Brevard in 1998 and would not raise my children anywhere else. I am very active in the community and have experienced the wonderful things this area has to offer.

It took 45 years but I have finally found a real estate agent whom I feel is trustworthy, dedicated and competent.  This realtor is Lourdes Sliwa.

We live in Atlanta and have decided to look for a second home on Florida’s Space Coast.  Knowing nothing about the area is intimidating when looking to purchase a home.  However in a short amount of time Lourdes had educated us about each beach area including the pros and cons of each.  She kept our hearts from winning over our heads.

Her negotiating skills are impressive as were her people skills. Sometimes you just get lucky! Having recently relocated to Florida from Boston the only thing we knew is that we liked the Satellite Beach area, other than that we needed to rely on the knowledgeable advice  from a real estate broker, problem was we didn't have one. After spending many hours on the Internet I was able to identify a few houses I liked. Attached to one of the listings was a local broker who was listing this particular property. I scheduled an appointment with Lourdes Sliwa and the rest was history. Lourdes was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After walking me through the house I had selected online she helped identify other potential houses. One imparticular she explained was a great value and had a lot of the features I was looking for. My wife and I were looking for a Florida investment rental property, but we wanted one that we could move into in five years when we retire. Lourdes helped us every step of the way.  We had looked into an area about two hours north of Satellite Beach with a different realtor, and every house that we walked into the realtor would get excited a say how great it was, and how we just needed to fix up this or that.  When we came further south to Satellite we wanted someone who not only knew the area but lived there.
