Chris Register

Hello, my name is Chris Register and I’m full time real estate agent in Brevard County with over 8 years’ experience. I was born and raised in the Melbourne area so I guess you can say I am a true Floridian. I have yet to see snow which seems to be shocking to most but am planning on making that happen sometime soon :D My grandfather is the one who established the family here when he got stationed at Patrick Air Force Base back in the 1950's. Everyone in my family had grown to love the weather, beaches, and just overall location so it became our permanent residence. I personally feel this is a great town and location with the weather being gorgeous and overall atmosphere being very laid back. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends, watching sports, golfing, listening to music, working out at the gym, watching movies and going out on the boat just to name a few. I actually don’t get too much free time because I actually enjoy my work. The reason for this is because of my goal/vision board. I have a bunch of goals and dreams that I am trying to achieve in life and this is what truly drives me. The list is anywhere from a certain car I have always wanted to maybe purchasing a new home for my mother and father. I do get the occasional work-a-holic label at times from my friends but I guess it’s just the way I am with giving something my all ;) So when it comes to Real Estate and servicing my clients this is something you can most certainly expect for me. It may be how I was raised or maybe my personality type but I’m a HUGE giver. I enjoy the reward of making someone happy or helping them out by going above and beyond. This may be why the past several years have treated me very well. This business is a customer service type business and giving someone the best service possible is what I strive to do. To me the definition of the best service is made up of a few things when working with a client. I like to offer things such as caring about the clients situation, making sure they make the best possible decision, educating them with my knowledge, being able to assist when its urgent, putting myself in their shoes so I can better understand, being respectful and honest, and most importantly just listening to what they tell me. If you take the time to just listen it makes it very easy to help your client achieve the result they may desire. And that’s what I’m here to do. I want to help you achieve the POSITIVE result that you desire and also have a pleasant experience.
