I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice which led me to join the Brevard County Sheriff’s office. I served and protected my community for many years in which I learned a lot about Brevard County. After being a sheriff, I became a Realtor in 2003 and I really enjoy all the wonderful friendships I’ve made with all my buyers & sellers. If you are looking for a great Real Estate Agent, we highly recommend Brad Fairman with Curri Properties. We moved from out of state last summer, and so knew nothing much about the Palm Bay/Melbourne area. We contacted Brad when we saw some houses to rent. He worked so hard for us, even though it was just for a rental house. He checked out the schools, and suggested neighborhoods to live in. He has been a great source whenever we have questions about companies or anything about the area. He went above and beyond what other Agents did for us with our hunt.
Then, while we were looking for a house to purchase, he was so patient and understanding and helpful (as we were kind of picky about finding just the right house). He explained all of the steps during the process.
